Amit, I suggest that you ask your muslim friends to come and have discussions here; having direct participation of both sides will make everything easier.

Also a thought: maybe Indian govt. needs not to be Western secular, but go back to Idnian model of being patron to all religions.

hinduwoman, lets call it a day as far as this thread is concerned. my friends, muslim or otherwise, evidently have other things to do rather than argue on the net with a bunch of wierdos like us.
also, the title of this thread is no longer a reflection of the contents of our posts. i'd have loved to talk about Left and Hindu philosophy, but it seems it was not to be.
