"There is no evidence for nifty, technology using, planet creating aliens as you asserted ~ therefore, I know with absolute certainty that they don't exist."

This is just plain silly, to declare aliens don't exist based on the tiny amount of evidence we have in our small corner of one small Galaxy.

The FAMILY TRADITION of Catholicism can withstand just about any rational debate. As noted elsewhere, the logical thinking part of the brain simply shuts down and they go into defense mode. Like ravenous Pit-bulls, they will attack anyone who dares question their traditions.

But try and get them to become "real christians" (ie; a Bible believing and teaching denomination that rejects church hierarchy and authority)....fawgedaboudit!!

My point exactly... but apparently Ronin feels I'm trying to covince him of an invisible dragon.

Ok, so even when I conceed some points and alter my definitions, you'll still brush me off completely?

No. That was the first time.

And for reasons stated ~ you appear to read what you choose to, while ignoring the overall significance.

It has become a bore ~ find some other existential rigamarole to spin your wheels to.

Thanks for the enlightenment. Jerk.

So ~ it is acceptable for you to behave in this manner.

What a wonderful world you must live in.

I'd like to think at least one of my questions was worth responding to.

I'd like to think that you would recognize that I did.

Oh and Ronin...calling theists cult-members is very innapropriate in my opinion(which I'm sure means nothing to you but whatever...

It surely does mean something to me ~ it means you do not know the definition of a cult.

Perhaps you should look it up and get back with me.

I learned a long time ago to avoid your posts. You make them easy to spot with the constant italics.)

~ and yet, here you are not avoiding my post.

I wonder why that is.

So next time you wonder why brain dead theists come here and spew ignorance...think about what kind of people you may be attracting.

Better still, I will wonder at your acknowledgement that theists are brain dead and spew ignorance.

~ very well put, indeed.

You've managed to completely miss the point, yet again, young grasshopper.

Nicely put Ronin.

I don't know where you got the patience to hang in there so long.

Thanks Proud ~ I'm a nifty technology using alien from the fourth dimension who has limitless energy reserves similar to those of a higher divine critter ~ of course.

Hey ~ in an infinite universe, anything is possible!

Your little story addressed exactly none of my points and answered none of my questions. I'm tempted to call it a deliberate straw man.

Sigh...

Ronin, I was talking about a certain brand of Brain Dead(TM) theists who have never thought to question anything. Surely you knew this is what I meant?

And no I'm not ignoring your posts in this situation, you are correct.

Call me a glutton for punishment.
