Default Name change (I'm not new)

Hello,

I'm not new to the forum. I've been here for quite a while. I was formerly 'Nightshade'.

I decided to change to a new handle that was a little more novel in the spirit of the forum. Korihor is a fictional character in the Book of Mormon who is rebuked for having atheistic views. Korihor's story is described mostly in Alma 30. Here's a quote by one Mormon on Korihor, found from here..

Quote:
Korihor. Mormon(2) selected several distinct "bad guys" to include in his summary because the philosophies of these men epitomize the various teachings Satan uses to deceive men. Korihor was the embodiment of the natural man (Mosiah 3:19) and in our day would be called an atheist (although before Alma he sounded more like an agnostic).
Another (and deeply flawed) argument against atheism by a Mormon apologist, Gerald Lund (based the Korihor story) can be found here too.

I'm quite honoured to be someone that the LDS church and Mr. Lund considers "anti-christ," "deviousness," "attractiveness to the carnal mind", "wickedness," "enemies of Christ," having "evil designs, strategies, and doctrines of the devil," and a "liar".

Damn that wicked depraved mind of mine for not seeing a scrap of archaeological evidence for ancient iron age semitic civilizations in the Americas prior to Columbus.

Korihor (formerly, Nightshade)
