Default Coke or Pepsi???

What's your preferred poison?

I used to be die-hard Diet Coke fan (hardly ever drink regular soda) but a few years back I developed a taste for Diet Pepsi instead.

I also enjoy diet root beer and diet 7-up.

My new love, though is the flavored Diet Cokes - with lemon, vanilla and most recently... cherry!!! *drool* So, I have to go with Diet Coke now (of all varieties).

You?

I love Coke, though I try to keep off caffeine.

An honourable mention for Faygo's Red Pop.

I can't tell a single bit of difference between the two.

I agree. Me and a friend actually tried a blind taste test a few years ago, and couldn't tell them apart.

Wild Cherry Pepsi
close behind: Dr. Pepper
a little further back: Pepsi
a way away: Barq's (a Coca-Cola product)
right behind that: Sprite (also a Coca-Cola product)

Water. Lot's of water. Up until a couple of years ago, I was a big Coke(regular, definitely not diet) fan. But now, I'm happier with water out of the tap.

Or a beer...

I usually drink tea. I don't know why, but I'm starting to hate carbonated beverages now.

I like ginger ale, or possibly root beer.

I can distinguish between coke / pepsi, but they make me feel wired/tired an hour or two after I drink them (e.g. Sleepy, but too wired to sleep). I guess if I had to choose one or the other I'd say pepsi tastes marginally better than coke.
