It might have been deleted by now cause it was a long time ago, but does anyone remember one of my posts where i responded to a post pretending to be a creationist? I know that's vague but hopefully it'll be enough.

Hovind is pathetic. There is a 2 hour debate between him and Massimo Pigliucci on www.infidelguy.com The whole debate can be streamed from a link right on that site.
Some of Hovinds finer points included: T-Rex's were herbivores Evolution is a religion Time is "our" god Men have nipples because it joins different types of skin at that point. All of the creatures were docile AND herbivores on the ark. (Can you say pulled out of my ass?) Many, many more..... Overall its a fun listen if you are bored and need a laugh. Unfortuanatly, being the psycho fundie that he is, he is under the impression that he slaughtered Pigliucci's arguments. Its sad to see someone so delusional in order to make there fantasy a reality. |

Someone on another forum I hang around on was challenged to see if they could get Hovind (I refuse to use the Dr. honourific) to honour his "I'll debate anyone anytime" claim

Internet debating would probably kill him. |

on another note, with his challenge, anyone else find it strange that while he claims that he'll give 250k to whoever can disprove creationism, and claims he's got a panel of "experts" to study any evidence, he refuses to give proof he's got either?
(although, from all the money he makes from preaching to these people, I'd say he's got the money by now) |

This is the same moron who wanted Dr. Kevin henke to prove that a banana and a dog have a common ancestor. For some reason (ie. he's a liar and an idiot) he was only willing to stake $2000. He also wanted a court judge to be on the panel. What the fuck does a court judge know about molecular biology? I doubt hovind would even have Mike Behe. What a loser. |
