There are evidences for the existence of God outside of Scripture. A created order, laws of thermodynamics, etc. But yes, a lot of my evidence for the existence of God does come from the Word of God found in the Scripture. Kevin, a 'created' order? The evidence I've seen strongly suggests that everything is, ultimately, energy--and energy cannot be created, or destroyed. As for the laws of thermodynamics, I think you mistake the 'laws' as coming from somewhere outside of/external to the entities involved. We recognize these 'laws' because the entities involved (according to the law of identity) act only in accordance with their nature as specific entities. As for order; that, too, is the result of entities interacting with each other, again according to their specific, individual identities as entities. 'Order' doesn't come from outside those interactions, it is the result of those interactions. What you see as 'evidence' for 'God', is more easily explainable as being part of existence, without having to make posit a 'God' acting on existence from outside. Occam's Razor, don't you know...
