The belief that nations will benefit from acting independently rather than collectively, emphasizing national rather than international goals.

Aspirations for national independence in a country under foreign domination.

Nationalist could mean anti-marxist aswell.

Or more likely the cause of it. I.E. Those who critized the Dixie Chicks and anyone else who spoke out against the unjustified invasion of Iraq.

Well, first you have to prove that is not in the best interests of a nation. Couldn't nationalist just as easily mean anti-capitalist?

Oh yeah, to answer the original question...no, I'm not a "nationalist".
