I do not feel it is proper to make high profits on peoples needs. Luxuries the sky is the limit. But in the aftermath of a natural diaaster do you charge 10 bucks a bottle for water? Double the price of bread? Of course not, but if you have a luxury item and demand causes a shortage you can charge whatever you can get. Anyway that is how I feel it should be.
