d.
Almost said f. Beastiality et al. are usually signs of severe sexual dysfunction. "Disgusting" is not quite right; more of "extremely unhealthy and distasteful." |

Pole pole, Jaliet, but:
Necromancy does not mean sex with corpses. Necromancy means "divination" from the dead, in any way, including "channelling". The word you want is "necrophilia". |

Option B is a little odd.
I find certain acts like body piercing disgusting and distasteful but i certainly do not find it immoral. Others have all the right to punch holes in their body, just not mine. Of course to be civil they should also have the decency not to publicly impale themselves. That would of course affect my rights to my comfort. If you ask me whether coprophagy or smoking is more immoral, i will no doubt say smoking. The harm of smoking to other innocent victims far outweighs any harm that can occur to a consenting 'shit-eater'. So disgusting=immoral? Hardly, I might find you disgusting but you certainly might not be at all immoral. I choose e. Not to say i would try it or to say anyone else should be encouraged to try it. To each his own. But as DanielBoy pointed out, I wouldn't find eating feces for sexual pleasure so much immoral as just gross. [ December 18, 2001: Message edited by: MrLoverLover ]</p> |

Jaliet, if you really want my own personal opinion on this all:
1) You've phrased the question wrongly and also conflated three different areas of psychology. 2) Coprophilia (note correction of coprophagy - coprophagy need to have nothing at all with "sexual thrills" - rabbits, for example, eat their own feces as part of the digestion) --- coprophila in humans is one of the paraphilias - you can do a web search for more information. Paraphilias are usually symptomatic of severe personality disorders. 3) Necrophilia is usually either part of witchcraft/ritual-tabu-breaking 4) Anal sex is something else again. If you want my own reactions: a) The paraphilias are emotionally disgusting to me, and I would assume that expression of paraphilias in adults usually means a personality disorder. b) Necrophila is emotionally disgusting to me, and I would assume any unforced person who commits necrophilia to be simply very, very immature - out for a very stupid thrill, or obsessed with power. c) Bestiality is both emotionally disgusting to me, and unethical, since it involves an unnecessary ill-treatment of animals, plus it indicates the perpetrator to most likely be unable to form real relationships with other human beings d) Anal sex is in a different category again; personally, I wouldn't do it, but I wouldn't judge other consenting adults who do it. It seems to often express itself as part of the 'normal' range of human sexuality. OK? |

Oh, and if you don't GAF, i.e. you're not interested in really delineating the areas, why frame the questions in the first place?

Gurdur
Too much verbiage (verbal diarrhoea). Your option id d You only added the word emotionally and unethical. I GAF, but not about tiny details. You were more interested in nitpicking. But not to worry, you are a d person. Would you say d best describes your feelings? |
