Does anyone know how to keep the Yahoo "Mail Alert" and "Yahoo Insider" boxes from appearing?

Assuming your using a PC: Go to the start men. Then go to run and type msconfig. When the menu comes up hit the startup tab and select the programs that you don't want to start every time you turn on your computer. |

I just figured out how to stop the "Insider" box from appearing.
1. Click "Login" 2. Click "Preferences" 3. Click "General" 4. Go to "Misc" and make sure the box about "Insider" is not checked. |

How to stop the "mail alerts"
1. Click "login" 2. Click "Preferences" 3. Click "Alerts and sounds" 4. Click "I receive a mail message" 5. Make sure that none of the boxes there are checked. Thanks, ex-idaho. ![]() |
