Just as there is no atheist worldview overall, there is no real Christian worldview in any practical political way overall, although there are many elements in common to most Christian worldviews.
Gurdur, Your so right... Another thing is WHY DO I HAVE TO have ANY VIEW at all that needs a "label" on it... Crap! I just don't get it people just have thier OWN views ya know? Its all so limiting. I met a woman once who ofcourse had to tell me she was doing something at church perhaps trying to feel me out as to who I was or something like that. I was running in circles around some of the questions (I forget how it went exactly) but I just don't want to get involved with certain things or issues... Anyway (I ramble) I was put in a spot and out blurted, "I'm a christian too" ON and ON she went about, "The end of the world, naming favorite pastors and media princes etc." What do I believe (only to shove it to me that I was not like her ofcourse). What faith do I belong (denomination) BLAH BLAH BLAH. I told her I didn't go ofcourse this invoked a lecture.... GOD WHY DON'T PEOPLE LEAVE YOU ALONE!!!!!! Its all so manipulative. Labels really aren't a good thing (I make jest concerning them) But really people are just people, if they have a view thats great but don't limit yourself by confining what you believe in the limited boxes they give to you. I here Christians Rant on here (in attack mode ofcourse) Like "us" against "them" type of thing. Its not "us" against anyone its "You" with your narrow mind making it "many" because you cannot stand on your own or believe in something "outside" the definable. Get a thought is what I really want to say. Irritated |
