I have it too. Press on the side of your jaw that feels like it is locked, while moving your jaw up and down with your jaw muscles. You can work the lock loose by manipulating your jaw from side to side with your hand while working the jaw up and down. That oughta give you some relief, even if only while pushing your jaw. It'll at least let you open your mouth and get a proper yawn out.
