And if they were truly building the ark of the Old Testament they would have had to have made it out of wood - not this concrete and steel monolith. Of course it has been proven that the ark could NOT have been built out of wood as the structure would have been so unstable it would have broken apart, so this could be why.

I acctually think that looks pretty cool. I mean, sure, it's garbage. But I feel sort of sorry for that preacher. His life-long dream and no progress whatsoever? Sad and pathetic.

Well, to be fair, this doesn't seem like it's an attempt to rebuild the ark, but to build a church whose design and architecture mimics it. Still rather stupid, though.

Sure. You could probably fit many thousands of homeless people in there. But just be sure to have oh, around eight people, to take care of their feeding and waste disposal. And don't forget to leave a top hatch open for ventilation!

Why ever not? Not feeding a bunch of people is nothing compared to torturing billions of them for all eternity just because they failed a theology exam.
