Okay, I really am a geek. I bought the reproduction ring from Badali Jewelry. The one that I have here has the full and correct inscription, inside and out.

The photo may have been taken from a different site, though. The cheapie promotional rings are definitely different from the Badali ones.

Hey Bree...did you actually get that to work? Usually I'm pretty tech savvy, and maybe it's just because I've been so distracted at work, but I couldn't figure it out.

Or maybe I got a bad version of it?

Default TengScribe
If you're talking about TengScribe, it could be your version of Windows. I couldn't get it to work once I upgraded to Windows XP, and apparently I'm not the only one. There's a new product called Y.A.T.T out there, made because TengScribe doesn't work under 2000 and XP, but I haven't tried it yet.
