I was driving into Madison on 151S the other day and noticed a billboard of the capital w/ some white fluffy clouds above and a hand reaching down toward the capital (like God's hand in "The Creation of Adam") I don't think it was done yet, there was space on the bottom where it looked like words would go...

Has anyone in the area seen or heard about this billboard? What's the deal?

I don't usually drive into town on the 151. Where exactly is it?

If I recall, a little before the highway turns from two to three lanes, bout halfway between sun prairie and the east side. I'm planning on driving in again tonight and I'll see if any changes have been made...

I'm still quite pissed off enough at the clearchannel.com billboard with the oxymoronic assertion on it: UNITED WE STAND over the top of IN GOD WE TRUST

Drove by the billboard and no changes have been made yet, but I did notice another one in Madison, also on 151S/ East Washington Blvd, right before the Aberg Ave. turnoff. I have a digital camera but i'm not sure how to put pics online, I'll try to take a pic tonite if someone can tell me how to get it on here!

If you can have the image hosted on another site you can link to it with either the URL or IMG buttons. OR, if the image is not too big (<102400 bytes) you can use the 'Attach file:' option at the bottom of the 'Post Reply' page ... it's right above where you hit "Submit Reply" when posting.
