Hi,
have you saw the soccer world cup final ? I was quite shocked to see all the brazilians praying god (they should prey for all the poor people over there instead of praying for football results) wearing T-shirt with "I love jesus" or "100% jesus". Can't people just attribute their success or failure to their own merit ? Why would a god that mighty influence the result of a sport competition so some country can win and others not ? If god existed and had influenced the score, I would say him his should invest his time elswere where people really need it. Drumond |

I have no idea if Brazilians really are like that normally, it surely put a dampener on it for me watching the celebrations, felt like barfing.
I laugh at some player substitutions, a frantic up down, left, right, centre fire ensues before the player feels ready to play some football. ![]() |

I really feel sorry for those people who had their own culture and were raped by christianity.
What about their original belief ? If they can change once, they can twice.... Drumond |

I found it interesting that Mass at one of the larger cities was delayed an hour so as to not interfere with the world cup final this past Sunday.

Anyway, I hope their jebus will fall one day as fell the berlin wall: under the knocks of the people. Drumond [ July 01, 2002: Message edited by: Drumond ] [ July 01, 2002: Message edited by: Drumond ]</p> |
