I can't stand it when really gorgeous, healthy women always feel they still need to lose a few more pounds. It is of course unhealthy, obsessive compulsive, and a lot of guys really don't find it that attractive in my circles. The 110 lb. woman subsisting on rabbit food is just as repulsive as the 250lb. woman eating pint after pint of Ben and Jerry's. So, what do you all think-gents and ladies alike, of the different body types among the opposite sex, thoughts on dieting, eating disorders, etc. You can pick more than one option in the above poll out of the six I have thought of.

I like guys who are somewhere between athletically lean and average. I don't like large muscles, however. Tall is great, fit (or even a bit skinny) is wonderful, hulking is not.
On the other hand, in the rare instances that I have been attracted to other women, it has always been to the athletically plump/a few extra pounds set, to which I guess I belong myself. No, before you horny boys out there ask, I don't get turned on by looking at myself in the mirror, ![]() |

I quite like men with a little extra padding not too much but a little can be attractive. Rather that than all skin and bone, nout to grab onto!!! I don't like muscles per se but a muscled pair of buttocks is nice

About 95% of the female population within my age range. Their body types are the ones I prefer. I tend to be far more particular when it comes to mind types, though.

Hmmm... variety is the spice of life!
Seriously, at one time or another I have been attracted to men from all of the listed types! So I voted for one of each. ![]() For a general preference (eye candy), I like tall, broad-shouldered, muscular but with a little padding. However, just when I think I have a "type", I tend to find myself attracted to someone who doesn't fit it at all. Hell, if I just restrict it to the three men I've been in love with (as opposed to the somewhat longer list of men I've dated, slept with, or simply ogled), I find three very different types. #1 was a 6'3" beanpole - skinny as a rail. #2 was an inch or two shorter than me, not muscular but not scrawny, and probably massed less than me (Let's just say that he could sit in my lap, but I couldn't sit in his), he was small-boned and had sort of an, I dunno, elfin-ness about him. The funny thing is, he was so comfortable in his own skin that it never felt awkward or strange. #3 (me darlin' husband) is about two inches taller than me and would fall into the fat category (s'okay, so do I ![]() Anyway, hurrah for variety! ![]() |

I checked off all the choices between "average" and "a little extra padding." I've probably been attracted to guys from almost all the categories, but when I think of the body type I really go for, they're almost always slightly bulky, either with fat or muscle. I like a guy I can grab ahold of

I voted for average and athletically plump. I also don't mind a little padding, but I don't vote for that since the question was most attractive. I definitely don't like skinny guys though. I dated this skinny guy once.... let's just say that a guy's hips should not be able to be felt and to actually leave serious bruises.

I definitely don't like skinny men...they make me feel ill just looking at them...it looks unhealthy, even if it really isn't. I don't like fat men either.
Average or mildly athletic/toned is my ideal. Healthy, strong, masculine, proud and confident posture, looks-comfortable-in-his-skin....my husband, in point of fact! :-) |

It's odd none of the guys are responding. I checked the four middle options...either of the two extremes are the only bad things, it seems to me. Other than that, it depends on the person(in my case-the woman).
