Btw, if _____ offense happens to involve drug possession (I can easily imagine the full sentence being "what, like you've never smoked weed?") make sure his stash is kept somewhere where if somehow it was stumbled across by someone who could/would get the owner in trouble it was obviously his rather than yours (ie. not hidden in a more shared place like the back of the toilet tank, but rather under his bed or something). I know it's unlikely that that's what ____ is, but if it is you need to be careful about that sort of stuff.
