Default National CHRISTIAN Athletic Assn.?

When it comes to college football, I'm beginning to think that that is what the NCAA stands for.

I went to the Ohio State- San Diego St. game today at Ohio Stadium.

OSU barely won.

After the game the players mingled around in the middle of the field congratulating each other.

And then, of course, the vast majority plopped down on a knee for a group prayer.

I think only about 10 SDSU players were not involved.

OSU dresses about 100 players for a home game, and I didn't see even one walking toward the locker room during the prayer.

When did all this group praying at football become so common place?

I don't recall seeing this stuff till about 20 years ago or so.

And why does it always seem to be football players who are seemingly so devout?

Having Jesus on your side can make the difference in a close game.

Thats cuz he is a great possession receiver. when you absolutely need a first down, you throw it to jesus.

Yeah, but he doesn't have many yards after catches; he always seems like he's carrying around something really heavy on his back. And he keeps messing with the Gatorade on the sidelines.

And besides, if you want great possession receivers, how about Satan?

It is true that satan is also a great possession receive the problem comes in as far a loyalty. jesus helps only True Chistians(tm) whereas satan has been known to help everyone from pagans and heretics to pastors and politicians. In short if you give satan a scholarship he might just change sides at the half for another scholarship and someone's immortal soul.

On the other hand, satan can run like hell and has awesome breakaway speed. Plus he brings his own hot slutty succubi cheerleaders.
