: The discussion here (about super-moralistic /"religious" folks who decry (lead-writer's verb) the ideas, values, researches that run counter to their opinions; BUT use the results for their own benefit down-the-road) .... reminds me of the situations in
which (I've been in) workers are too "nice"=chicken, to face-up to management and/or to go out on strike for improvements of one sort or another; BUT they're very happy to enjoy/profit from the effects of others's sacrifices. Oh, hell, acting morally can get you badly hurt, or dead. It's Gay Pride Week, folks; what've you done for us lately?
