I would imagine that we have "brains" so that we are able to comprehend THIS reality in THESE bodies.
But since the Bible doesn't actually reveal this, I would otherwise have to say only God knows.... |

Why? Because I started that way and haven't been anything since. No reason to change, really. Although if you beat me sufficiently well to wreak havoc on my brain, I might fall for Pascal's Wager.
Scary thought, that. Life after death? Ummm... how would I know? I haven't exactly been dead. But I doubt it. As for the expansion of the universe, it's just flipping time's arrow. The universe shrinks until it's a point. Makes sense, really. |
