You know, one of the rarely discussed effects of the downturn in the economy is the fact that losers like me have even MORE spare time than usual, allowing us to do crap like THIS:
And because the joke needs explaining, as all truly lame jokes do: In this movie, Tyrone Power plays an evil 'mentalist' who takes advantage of grieving widows and such, and eventually, as a result of his own pride and lack of integrity, ends up a pathetic drunk, and has to take a job as a geek, biting off chicken heads in a carnival sideshow in exchange for 'a bottle a day and a dry place to sleep it off in.' This concludes the joke. Three short laughs. |
