If the murder is premeditated then bullet in the back of the head is fine by me.

Of course proof would have to be iron clad.

A 23 year old "ring leader" in 3 gang rapes on teenage girls got 55 years in jail in Sydney recently, his 17 year old brother is yet to be sentenced. Personally I think appropriate punishment in this case would be to let both of them out into general jail population for one week. After watching each other being repeatedly gang raped by hairy inmates they should be castrated so their defective gene doesn't have the chance to pollute the gene pool. Give them a year of solitary then post their pictures in the news and release them.

But I'm a sadistic bastard who thinks that once you cross that line you deserve no sympathy, if not open hostility.
