The article says five times a week lowers the risk. What about 3-8 times a day?

No shit, my libido is really that insane.

Oh yeah, anytime you like!

You know, that's actually something I'd like to do, have someone watch. I'm a little bit of an exhibitionist, though not the kind who is willing to do it in public and get arrested.

I'm pretty sure it's a morel.

How could something that's a morel be so good for you, and fun to boot?

A fair question. But when they are properly soaked, coated in butter, prepared with the right amount of heat, and manipulated often through generous stirring and turning in the pot, they often delight both the owner and that special dinner guest.

The graphic apparently demonstrates a massaging or stroking of the morel, which I am presuming is either a technique for ejecting the spores or otherwise prepping it to produce a copious amount of sauce.
