I'm going to assume that you're either joking, bored, or obsessed with conspiracy theories. The truth is out there, Mulder.

I don't think McConaughey is trying to fool anyone about his hair loss. His hair style certainly changes depending on his latest movie role, as do the hair styles of many actors. The most obvious example of this is Sean Connery, who is bald as a newborn on top, and has been wearing hairpieces as far back as his 007 days. Do you think he had that great head of white hair in The Hunt for Red October? Absolutely not!

Are you the kind of person who sees a female actor or singer one month with really short hair and then three months later with hair halfway down her back (say, Faith Hill) and thinks "Boy, her hair sure grows fast!"? That makes me nuts!
