Chicken Girl, someone's trying to steal your thunder ... AND some of the jokes from the original thread! See:

Hey, that's exactly the same stuff on the BSB page - and with the same edit to my caption to "sanitize" it.

Looks like a lot of copyin' goin' on.

And kudos to Chicken Girl.

Chicken Girl -

Have you considered posting a short introduction explaining the history of the phenomenon on your mirror page? I believe the astounding number of rip-offs requires that a claim be staked and since we're the only ones with the real story, we need to holler it from the rooftops to show those thieving bitches that we know who they are and we know what they did.

I'm thinking something like a timeline illustrating the arc from OxMat's I've-got-nothing-better-to-do-while-I-wait-for-Blex-to-come-to-the-dark-side stroke of genius on Feb 22 to the locking and trimming of the original thread on March 3 to the recent appearance of half-assed Word copies and uncredited piece of shit mirror sites. You could then link the greatest hits thread here to hogtie it all together and brand it with the mark of IIDB.

Hell, now that I think about it, I might just have to put that timeline together myself.

Truly, If You Have Set Yourself On Fire is incredible. It has even penetrated the usually staid bounds of another online community to which I belong.

I, of course, couldn't pass up the opportunity to drop names.
