Ann Coulter claims the left is "rooting against America". She says liberals are not patriotic.
I haven't read her views, because I try to avoid divisive rhetoric. The statements above sound ignorant and hateful to me. To those who have read her views, does she make any good points? |

If you listen to the talk radio hosts I've mentioned above for any substantial length of time you will hear them preach about various aspects of what I've set forth, above. Ann Coulter is one of their darlings (along with Ayn Rand, by the way), so I would believe that when Ann Coulter mentions these same "catch phrases," she is referring to the same scenario I've described, above, where dissent is unpatriotic and grounds for revocation of citizenship and expulsion from the United States. Anybody who rembers the old "America, love it or leave it" bumper stickers essentially has a good grasp on where this set of degenerates is coming from. And no, she does not have any valid points that I can discern! == Bill |

She's pretty much so politically biased, the only good thing about her is she's halfway decent to look at.

Actually, as far as Ann Coulter's looks go, hey, I wouldn't kick her out of bed. But as far as her good points go, I agree, they're the same as any extremist political broadcaster. They're aggressive, repetitive, and hate-ridden. Someone on a conservative message board of all things the other day pointed out that she used the word "liberal" 7 times in one paragraph. Her only message is "liberals are the root of all evil". She doesn't care what's right or wrong. She's just a Republican platform lapdog. The day I hear her make objective commentary, Rupert Murdoch will air NPR on his radio networks.

She makes Rumsfeld sound like the voice of cold, moderate reason. Which is probably a big reason why GOP types like to have her around, and which also makes me want to go in the corner and cry like a little girl.

"libural r gay" (Yahoo forums, July 2003)
Once again, we ask the age-old question: "Which came first, the Yahoo forums posters, or Ann Coulter?" |
