This is the main reason I got the nickname "frosty" in college (well... in addition to being a cold hearted bitch).
My feet are pretty much always cold. In the winter sometimes my toenails will turn this dead looking blue grey color and they feel realy numb. My feet will get so numb sometimes that I can walk around outside in the snow barefoot without any discomfort at all (although it would probably be pretty stupid to make a habit of it.) If I try to warm my feet up after my toes have changed colors my feet turn beet red and swell. It is really awful... they feel like they are on fire. How did I get it to stop? I moved somewhere it never snows and I rarely go outside more than once per week in the winter time. |
