I like how only the atheists will need to answer to this guy's god... not the buddhists, jews, or muslims. Just pick a religion, and his god is happy.

When this spam was on the Snopes board, this particular assertion troubled me. I checked it out, and it's just plain wrong.

According to the CIA World Factbook, Afghanistan has roughly 27 million inhabitants (give or take a few thousand refugees), 99% of whom are Muslim.

The USA has 10 times as many people. Religion is listed as 4% "other". Even if all 4% were Muslim, that's still only 10 million.
