I recall hearing a crackpot creationist theory about this on TLC a while back. Apparently, in the days before the flood there was a canopy above the earth, and this caused humans to live much longer lives. It also explains why certain creatures like dinosaurs grew so big, while living things today are much smaller. According to this theory, giants were merely humans who had grown to huge sizes due to very different conditions on earth than what is present today.
And who said creationism isn't science? |
