Only one poster has expressed a hatred of Christianity.
I am still waiting for certain statements delivered as truth, to be explained.

Two counting PK's request for a name change

I propose renaming it to "Balaam's Talking Ass"

As far as I can count you only asked for one explanation: Why I thought Christianity was superior to other religious systems.
1. Peter Kirby has effectively instructed me not to answer that question on this board.
2. I didn't intend to answer that question anyway, as evidenced by my first reply to you. I currently do not have the time to engage in such a discussion, which would have to be fairly extensive in order to give a reasonable treatment of the subject. Furthermore, I have already outlined some possible reasons briefly in this thread... in the very post which you are objecting to.

Hello Tercel.
The nature of this discussion revolves around religous "inspiration". Inspiration would then be the topic I would assume ? I asked originally for the definition of what exactly "religous inspiration" is and how it relates to another form of inspiration and received a book recomendation.
To me the original question implies it is different and has more value attatched to it.
So you see I have two questions, my first which you replied to but did not answer, and my second which was a responce to your decleration.
If you did not have time, why respond ?

Sorry for weighing in so late, but I concur with Peter that this entire thread has gone disastrously off course. This forum is for dispassionate discussion not ranting. Let's see if we can bring it back on topic or move it to GRD.

I think this essay might be of interest to the discussion.
