thanks for the follow up. and i apologise for the misunderstanding of your post.

although it does say we are made in the 'image' of god doesnt it, so that proves more so how the bible can contridict it self. i wont go into in this thread though.

I can't really comment on your topic, jye, except to say that we do need strength and people often seem to find strength in crises that they didn't know they had. It sure would be nice if more people could find more strength more of the time. It doesn't bother me if people believe that strength is from God; what hurts is to see people needing it and not finding it.
