Every time I find a christian claiming that "Allah" is a moon god, I simply point out that even Arab Christians call God "Allah" similar to how the Romans called him "Deus."

Yes, but just because allah means god does not mean that "Allah" of the Moslems is Yahwe of the Judeo/Christian tradition. It could as well be a moon god and it would still be called god/allah by the Arabs.

Now what most likely happened is that Yahwe of teh Old Testament god mixed with some native Arab deity (could as well have been a moon god) much the same way Elohim/Yahwe traditions god amalgamed back in the OT.

1) Islam is true.
2) Islam says Jesus is a prophet.
3) Therefore what Jesus says is true.
4) Jesus says Islam is not true.
5) Therefore Islam is not true and Christianity is.

It's the anti-circular argument!
