Double standard much? To be honest, I don't really care if you don't believe my experiences. You and I both know they are poor examples from which to generalize -- lazy people and alcoholics exist in every segment of the population. However, you seem pretty unwilling to take that extra step when it comes to your personal experience -- you are unwilling to admit that manipulative liars exist in all segments of the population, male and female. Similarly, decent people exist in all segments of the population (except maybe the Bush admin. ![]() |

Anyway... hmm... I make no comment on the girl you described as all I have to go on is your word, and you don't make me want to take your word making such hasty generalizations and derogatory remarks like that. |

Incidentally, I also know an Irishman who's a drunk; and I recently met a Black guy who was lazy. But I don't suppose you believe me either, because you've decided that Irish drunks and lazy Black people are "myths", while "ALL women judge guys by their money". |

Why do all those who sink to stereotypical generalisations have such bad breath? Most of them are lesbians anyway.

Dating is a game . Period. End of story. Always has been, always will be. Every new date-hell, even the conversation leading up to a date is a test. By both sides. For men our test is easier: If she looks good enough and isn't a raving lunatic, that's usually enough for a passing grade. For women, it's a little more complex, but not much more than men. The best way to deal with this is to accept it and learn to play the game-but do it on your own terms not someone else's. You may need to look in the mirror and try to figure out what's wrong with you. There's nothing wrong with that. |
