Well, pangloss, it looks like you weren't the only one banned at BB.

On an interesting side note, one of the CF people ('TheBear' I believe) is witnessing the 'Renaissance.' I wonder how much longer before all the Christian forums start instituting similar policies.

Thumbs up

I doubt it. The Bear went over there because of a message I posted on CF basically panning BB. He refered to the new policies as "preaching to the choir." So far many of the admins at CF appear to be activily persuing dialogs with non Christians. So far, the board appears to be very diverse with descent moderation.

The hideous irony here is, the little byline under their "Baptist Board" logo is "The TRUTH shall set you free!"

...apparently it'll set you free of Baptist Board.

I just checked it out. Seems that I am correct in assuming that all posts are filtered through an administrator.

A pity. I'd liked to have gotten into some discussion there, but I can see that I'd not have lasted as long as a single sentence.

If you decide to go into their secweb den without being extremely well grounded in scripture and Christian history, you risk your very soul.
So we have a den. Probably a satanic one at that. I actually took this statement as a complement. It just goes to show that our arguments are recognised as being a serious intellectual challenge to scriptural dogma. It's just a shame that they don't seem to realise there is a reason we keep beating them.
