I have a suggestion...
I use IE, which has a drop-down menu on the "Back" button; this allows one to skip back to any of the last several pages viewed. This is useful when you get into a 19 page thread. However, the page names here all start with 'Internet Infidels Discussion Fourms,' which is too long to show the full page names on this drop-down. So I'd suggest switching the page-naming scheme to "Post New Thread-Internet Infidels Discussion Forums," for example. That way one could see where they're going using this handy drop-down ![]() |

Dank:
I had been waiting for someone else to respond to your suggestion, hopefully someone with a better knowledge of the inner workings of vB. Still, for what it's worth, it doesn't look to me as if it would be possible to implement your suggestion without hacking the code, and we simply are not going to do that. We use the software pretty much as it comes other than for a few configuration options which are available as standard options. -Don- |
