I was wondering recently, do anti-evolutionists have a mechanism that stops micro-evolution from becoming macro-evolution?

A mechanism? You expect them to have a MECHANISM??

Well, they whine a lot when you ask them what it is... the only 'mechanism' I've ever heard out of them is Goddiddit. Typical.

Default ReMine

Here is an interesting account of ReMine's discussion board moderating antics:

Having read the debate, I believe that ReMine isn't really interested in debating the topic agreed upon, so much as he is making as many anti-evolution points as possible. Since he could do this easily enough at his own website, I think that he (and his colleagues with whom it was presumably necessary to discuss debate content) only agreed to this debate in order to spread these anti-evolution points to readers of the NMSR website. Given the average intelligence and knowledge of the issues of NMSR website readers, I think it's only appropriate to hereby nominate Walter ReMine as IIDB's "Optimist of the Year."
