Not to mention the horrible green and yellow combination of their colors. Pondscum uniform colors. And their decent record last season was a fluke of scheduling and the pansiest conference in the NFL. I should take all this name calling back, the pack gives pansies a bad name.

Take my advice:

Don't go and say that in the anywhere in Green Bay, or for that matter in the entire state of Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Penninsula. What's left of you will be sent home in a 1-gallon ice cream Bucket. (I say this not to threaten, but to warn. The Packers are the most popular religion in Wisconsin and the UP, Thier fanatical followers, when provoked, can make Hamas look like a bunch of peaceniks.)

All together now Wisconsin/UP infidels!

How many times must we take this disgrace
Another Bears fan throwing insults in our face
The Packers are the greatest team to ever play the game
Even if from time to time they've been a little lame

How could you ever love a team with Jim McMahon
Not even Porky Pig was as big a ham
They got a reputation that's mostly based on luck
The BearsStillSuck

The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
They really really really really really really suck
Yes the BearsStillSuck

If you drive to Soldier Field they make you pay a toll
For cripes sake they only won one lousy Super Bowl
They make fun of Wisconsin, but we don't get upset
Where do you think that they're all headed every chance they get

We don't really hold a grudge 'cause this is all in fun
As far as football rivalries we're both number one
Still we wouldn't mind seeing Ditka run over by a truck
'Cause the BearsStillSuck

The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
They really really really really really really suck
Yes the BearsStillSuck

(All the ladies now) The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
They really really really really really really suck
Yes the BearsStillSuck

(Everybody now) The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
The Bears still suck, the Bears still suck
They really really really really really really suck
Yes the BearsStillSuckHEY !!

The Bears/Packers rivalry has to be one of the greatest, meanest, and most bitter rivalries ever seen. I believe this thread helps to show that. But I believe there is a very good reason for this rivalry to have continued for 86 years Packers fans are so dumb.

Albert Einstein arrives at a party and introduces himself to the first person he sees and asks, "What is your IQ?" to which the man answers, "241."

"That's wonderful!!" says Albert. "We will talk about the Grand Unification Theory and the mysteries of the Universe. We will have so much to discuss (especially on II)!"

Next Albert introduces himself to a woman and asks, "What is your IQ?" to which the woman answers, "144."

"That is great!!" responds Albert. "We can discuss politics and current affairs. We will have much to discuss!"

Albert goes to yet another person and asks, "What is your IQ?" to which the man answers, "51." Albert responds, "How about those Packers?"

Nuff said.

Yeah, well at least our media guide still doesn't whine that they got robbed in the famous "instant replay game" of 1989.

Face facts. It's all there. Majikowski did not cross the line of scrimmage. The reception was caught. The touchdown was scored. End-of-story.

So, the packer fans are so lacking in confidence and esteem that violence is their only response to criticism?

I'm not a bear fan, I prefer them to the Pack, but then I prefer copetitive tiddly winks to the Pack.

And with no shame I'll gloat that I got given tickets yesterday! I went to both Sydney SOO games last year and it was amazing. I've got the feeling that this year will be even better.

Woo hoo!

Other great NRL sporting rivalries.

Souths v St George

Parra vs Canterbury

Manly vs Everybody

NRL Coaches vs The Media

Add my Chicago Cubs and the St Louis Cardinals to that mix. The Yanks came into existence in 1904, the Cubs/Cards have hated each other in the late 1800's.

I'd say they are probably the #1 National League rivalry.

But Packers - Bears still #1 in the NFL. Sorry, Packers & Bears Football by presented by Bank One...

I'd agree with the Bears/Packers assessment.
I think until the early 60's the NY Giants also figured into the mix with both the Packers and Bears also. Not much anymore though.
