Tell me, Mr. Anderson, what good is a phone call when you are unable to speak?

If they did make a threat against the President, it's a felony. Regardless, they have a right for their parents to be present and for their parents to call in legal counsel. If the secret service agents thought they were testing out the PATRIOT Act with their "Gestapo crap", the fact that we're having this discussion is good, but not conclusive evidence that this is a garden-variety case.

All this does is justify whatever the students said about the "president". This is too damned Orwellian for comfort.
