I don't know if "Frivolous" was serious or only teasing us with an impersonation of a Fundie, but he claimed something very interesting:

He claimed in one posting that the love of Jesus was like a giant hand wrapped around him.

I was reminded of what pop singer Madonna had once stated when she was married to actor Sean Penn. That SP's love was like a giant hand wrapped around her.

Which is a curious sort of experience -- feeling loved is like feeling a giant hand.
