Is this movie going to be good for a laugh, or is it going to be spoiled at the end by pro-religious bullshit?

Jim Carrey and Jennifer Anniston were on Oprah yesterday. That's not a good sign

From everything I've read the ending does devolve into smarmy religious bullshit, basically: be happy for what God has given you and don't question His plan. But I haven't seen it myself, and I don't plan on shelling out $8.00 a ticket regardless ...

Saw it last night with some friends. Very safe and pedestrian. Very 'Liar, Liar'. Cute and funny, and even endearing, but ultimately playing things very, very safe.
