I'm around on and off, but I don't really understand the ratings. I know that I was the first user to clear 100 ratings.

Seebs: Its like this, I have never had my rating meter on until today. But I turned it on because another member wanted a vote. ( you can't vote unless you let others vote for you).

So anyway, after a little time I got the fifteen votes needed to look at who voted for me. The names were mostly a lot of people who are no longer with us and/or banned!

My rating is not too good. That would be OK if it were true. I really do not care about it one way or the other.

But it just seems strange that all this came about after my PM battle with the moderator Blindfaith.

Annabel Lee (she of the mighty batleth) opened a threat at CF to discuss "problem posters". You know - the Outspoken ones?

In typical fashion, Erwin first chastises someone for their .sig, which he doesn't like. Annabel points out that there are mods with more offensive sigs.

Then as expected, Erwin closes the thread, by saying "we moderators have discussed it. The issue is closed."

Erwin may be good at setting up servers and bbs software. But he's bloody incompetent at choosing and leading moderators.

How do you check to see who voted for you?

If you have 15 or more votes, you just hit on it, and a screen pops up with the names. It is a new feature. You can see other peoples too. Mine has a bunch that are no longer with us.

A few things:

1. Re Evee: She is so darn cute, isn't she? She's one of the few cuddly Christians on there. I tried (indirectly) to warn that her thread might get deleted by saying I hoped people were talking to the MODS about it in SUGGESTIONS, etc., but mostly I just obfuscated, I guess. Oh, well. We knew it would happen.

2. Re Scarlatti: He's great, isn't he? Too bad there are so many thin-skinned scaredy cats on CF for him to ever remain there for long.

3. Re picking on liberals: Don't forget, they still have a few gay people on there they haven't run off yet. (though they've run off far too many, and are hurting a lot of good people). Once they have, though, you'll be it. And us evil unbelieving heretics who dare to disbelieve in different Gods or no Gods at all, though sometimes I think they get more cheesed off by y'all "fake" Christians than by us evil unbelievers. After all, we aren't "trying to pervert the faith" or any of the other slanders y'all get over there.

4. I am not going to turn my ratings system on again, because within a couple weeks of being there, without my even posting that gay people are okay or saying anything else reasonably offensive, some ********* rated me bad. I figured it was just asking to be slapped to have it on, so I turned mine off. Now that I've exposed myself as an evil once-fake Christian now evil heretic Pagan who doesn't believe the Constitution demands that everyone be indoctrinated into Christianity, no doubt everyone on there would rate me bad within five minutes of my turning my ratings back on.

Hey Stormy - I just looked at your rating and it looks very good to me (somewhere in between a 4 and a 5).
