Are you implying that Catholics believe that Mary and the saints forgive sins?

The Catholic believe they can continue doing THE SAME EXACT thing day to day and as long as they do their "praying the necklace", they will be forgiven.

Seems to be going around, I guess.

The Scriptures state that one is to Repent, to turn away from whatever sin one is commiting. However, if you repent, but one day down the line you "give in" to a sin (sin, is that Behavior which God finds offensive), God is faithful and just and will forgive you that sin if you are sincere in asking for forgivness.
That's pretty much the Catholic understanding of forgiveness that you were just picking at. Even if you make the "SAME EXACT" sin, if you sincerely repent you still can be forgiven. Praying the rosary, or pray to saints are entirely different issues which have nothing to do with forgiveness itself.

Default the RC doctrine of "invincible ignorance"

; which doctrine I am not adequately informed about to explain
now, does deal w/ the matter of those who do not/are not able?/have never had the opportunity? to believe.
If any of all that stuff *were *so, the chances are that it's not your business to have to judge about all that/sort it out. Do what you "know"/believe you're supposed to do, *practise custody of the eyes* (MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!), and that's all that's required of you. It is written, ' "judgement is mine", saith the Lord'. And that ,if it were so and you believed it, let's you off the hook.
