Rule 2. If you break rule 1, then don't tell anything too revealing about yourself.

Rule 3. Ignore rules 1 and 2.

Fact 4. I don't make new friends easily.

Fact 8. I am drinking tequilla straight while making this post.

Fact 9. I may not remember making this post later.

If it's not too late, happy birthday alli and I can see why you love Jackass. My wife loves it too and I hate it. She wants me to get excited over it but I think those guys are idiots.

1) I ambidextrous and can take the cold and the heat better than anybody I know.
2) Wear 35/30 jeans, am 5.8 and weigh 180 lbs.
3) Smoke and if I had to smoke tailer-mades I would quit tomorrow.
4) My joungest brother is one year older than me.
5) Married for 35 years to a brunette who looks like a blond. She's a lot of fun.
6) Quit praying the rosary when the beans began to germinate.
7) I have 7 small grand-children. They are fun and funner as they get older.
8) I've been self employed for 33 years.
9) I hate protestant religions but love to argue with protestants.
10 Survived a 10 year court case with many compliments but little money (published in many places).

Ever read the book, "Prozac Backlash"?

Amos,

Quote:
1) I [am] ambidextrous and can take the cold and the heat better than anybody I know.
I am maybe 75-80% ambidextrous (I can play basketball "left-handed", and can play baseball left-handed [though my throws are not things of beauty], and I can write, slowly and with some difficulty, left-handed). And, up until I endured a severe flu/something-or-other back in March of 2000, I could take the cold and the heat better than anyone I knew. (The cold better than the heat - I spent the winter of '98-'99 working as a framer in Colorado Springs, living in a Blazer which had a heater that didn't work at all, and wore only a pair of jeans, a button-down light cotton shirt, non-insulated workboots [no socks], and a light, leather fall jacket, and no hat, all through that winter, which was very cold and had days where the temperature was zero and below, with wind chills sometimes reaching 30 degrees below zero.)

I wear 32/32 jeans, am 5/10" and weigh 200 pounds (I'm in pretty good shape).

Why do you hate Protestant denominations? (Answer in another thread, if it will get into any extended detail.)

Douglas

Hmm. I'm 5'9, 150 and I wear 32/32 jeans as well. You must have a small waist. We're talking about inches here, are we not?

Where are you? Maybe we can work out both of these issues at once....

<sigh>

I was ambidextrous as a kid. A combination of horrified reactions by my family (That's of the DEVIL!!) and video game controls being one-sided kinda worked it out of me.

Oddly, I learned to juggle ambidex, but can only do it with the left hand primary, now. I am right handed in most ither things.

For heat: Ugh, you can keep it! Hate it, can't stand it. I can take it if I have to, but choose not to.
Gimme cold any day. Hell, I don't take trade my shorts for pants until it gets below 40F, and only wear a light jacket on a calm day if it drops below 30F.
I'm that annoying guy in jeans and a fleece pullover standing next to you in a blizzard with a grin....

I remembered one more fact to round out my 10 last night:

10) I am picky about toothpaste. My preferred brand (Enamelon) was going out of business, so I bought 20 boxes of it before they did. I calculate that it will last me about 20 years, at about 1 tube every month.

20 BOXES of toothpaste? I have never heard of that kind. Will it stay good for 20 years?

I am your complete opposite. I love the heat.
