Thumbs up D. Scarlatti is HOT!

Delicious letter, Mr. Scarlatti sir. Now what exactly will it take to draw you into the warm embrace of IIDB? If it helps at all, everyone's a lot raunchier over here. Why, some of the things I've seen these CF outcasts say would make a syphillitic French sailor blush.

What I can tell you is that you should have gotten either an email or a PM every time you got warned - three in total. I believe you already had two listed, but I can't check now.

Speaking as someone who read the site rules and moderation guidelines, I'd be inclined to agree that some of your sarcastic remarks probably did cross the line - and that some of aaron11's did too, and I wouldn't be surprised if a warning were given there, too. I can't say much more; either I don't know or it's confidential, and I can't tell you which.

I'm sure one of these words is redundant, but I can't figure out which one.

Well, now...that's a toughie. Some would say that Aphrodite, given her proclivities and her status as Goddess of Love and Beauty, and given that the Gods of Greece tended to "love" in very physical ways, would be the natural contender. However, seeing that nymphs are a subset of faeries, and that faeries tend to be creatures of nature (especially forest), perhaps Artemis would be the natural choice. Shakespearean theologians all plump for Titania, naturally, but I suppose the ideal choice would be me.

(I used to have as an unofficial signature here, after someone made a really stupid argument for the existence of the Christian God only, "If you're so smart, why aren't you worshipping me naked?" It's based on a comment I found funny on the xxxenophile.com site, "If you're so smart, why aren't you naked?" So if I had even been half-serious, I coulda been a contender.)

Smilin:
me a fundie? lol...

Kass:
Hey, I was one for a long time. Try picturing THAT for a while...

Smilin:
raised in a fundie isolated community...
escaped when I was 17, entered the military...

Kass:
Ew. I guess I had it lucky, being raised by agnostic/atheist Unitarian Universalists...though I'm sure they weren't any more happy about my conversion than your family would be by your deconversion. They were fairly quiet about it, though...which is good, because I was a REAL prick with anyone who disagreed with me then. Now I just pretend to be a prick.

Smilin:
Renouncing Christianity seems to be cyclic with me. As of late, after being banished from my Fathers home for exploring our heritage... I find lost/forgotten customs suit me better than the God of war, bigotry, threats, and eternal torment do.

Kass:
I'm hoping once was enough for me...it was hard enough to give the religion up once, I can't imagine having to for multiple times!

Smilin:
As a result.. I find it much more pleasing to accept the spirituality associated with what you referred to as 'The Divine'. We term it differently... but share the same philosophy.

Kass:
Cool. Just make sure you don't tell Sherman Alexie about it. (Native American author; very much against us non-Natives practicing Native rites and beliefs) Even though I don't believe I consciously stole the idea from what little study I've had in Native thought and belief, I don't know what his (or other Native activists') reaction would be to that. Probably not good, though.

Smilin:
as far as silk scarves... OHHHH YEAHHH... If I can handle long sharp fingernails... I'M SURE I can deal with soft smooth silk...LOL

Kass:
Er...yeah. Right.

BTW, isn't Scarlatti's message a scream? He's definitely one of the best humorists on GA most of the time, though certainly others have their moments.

Of course we do - don't we Kass! Why do you think we're following this train of thought in your general direction?

I don't know what you're talking about. I'm sweet and innocent. I would never DREAM of teasing any of the men on here. Really. Never.
