Well, as far as Jews and Christians go, anyway.... When I was at the Baptist Boards I asked the question "what do Baptists think of the Jews?" and the overwhelming consensus was that the Jews were and are God's chosen people, that for some strange incoherent reason they are sort of separated from God (not recognising Jesus and all), but don't worry, they're all part of God's plan and... well, it didn't all make sense to me, but the main point is - these people do not dislike Jews. They certainly like them a lot better than atheists
Based on that and miscellaneous readings of fundy stuff, I'd have to say that there is no reason to say that there is any general animosity from Christians, fundy or otherwise, towards Jews. Of course some Christian people / groups are anti-Semitic but I think they are in the minority and just another example of people shaping their religious beliefs to suit their personal prejudices. The evangelical tilt towards Jews and the modern state of Israel is a very, very recent phenomenon in Christianity. It has something to do with guilt over the Holocaust, something to do with accepting urban values and modernity, probably a lot to do with the idea that the establishment of the state of Israel is a sign of the end times.
