Thats incorrect. When did I ever say I don`t have a job? The answer is never and you're pulling this straight out of your ass. As usual.
You accused me of misquoting you not once but numerous times. YOU find the evidence.

I will present mine when I have collected all the facts and thread sources- probably next week. I just thought my "threat" as you call it might help you see how vain this all is.
You bring it on and please do include all the thread sources. Now lets not forget that these are all supposed to be times I`ve misquoted you and not just things I`ve said about you. Good luck.

And your threat does not show how vain all is this, but instead clearly demonstrates AGAIN what a weasel and a liar you are.

Of course I will expect you to produce like evidence of your assertions by then. In fact if you don't have it, I'll just keep mine aside until you do probably.

You expect me to produce evidence for what assertions? What have I asserted about you thats not common knowledge to everyone here?
Is this supposed to be your plan B in case I pressure you for this list of misquotes? Nice try weasel.

We can stop anytime. We're just wasting server time, as usual. Unlike you I have absolutley no illusions about where this is going, or about "winning" these holier-than-thou arguments.
Spoken like a loser who has no way out.
Sorry, but we`ll stop when you produce all these misquotes and not a moment earlier.

"Little man" Rad has no illusions about taking down the mighty II either. Some of the moderators do a good job. The question is whether there are enough of them. Good people tend to get overwhelmed by the more noisy and dogmatic "free speech" advocates who extend the right to unfettered off thread slander.
Well I guess you have no reason to be here. Bye.
Please leave your list of misquotes at the door.
Thank you.

Btw,please leave your secret motives of the Rad police at the door as well on your way out.

He did fool more people in Germany in 1940 perhaps, but nobody else, and virtually nobody in 1945 thought he was a Christian except him. Fiach is just using an escoteric definition here.

So Mc Darwin, do you really agree one should just throw up their hands and say "I dunno. They said so."? What kind of skeptic would do that?
As a skeptic, I'm looking for a reason not to throw up my hands, and you--somebody who purports to be a Christian--aren't giving me any. As a skeptic, I'm trying to judge the various claims and assertions of many different people. I'm asking you why I should accord you any more credibility than anybody else who calls himself or herself a Christian. I'm not talking about the difference between you and Hitler here, I'm talking about the difference between you and the my Catholic mother, or between you and my fundamentalist (Protestant) father, or between you and my Jehovah's Witness next-door neighbor, or between you and the fresh-faced Mormon kids who come to my door.

BTW please note that I am not a fast food sandwich.

Btw Radorth,
I've already gone through my 200 most recent posts here and have not seen me misquoting you even once. Each time I`ve quoted in these 200 posts was a direct quote from one of your posts with no changes or additives.

I guess these 6 misquotes you claim to have found must be in my FIRST 300 posts. I`ll be checking later.

Btw,
I do believe that you saying I misquote you "as always" is what you would refer to as slander. You could apologize now or perhaps you`d prefer to wait until after dinner to have a piece of humble pie.

I retract it in lieu of "misrepresents my position as usual." Best I can do, honestly. Of course in my opinion, you've done that several times just on this thread.

BTW when you were checking your more recent posts, did you run across "Rad says he had the only rational arguments."? That's not what I said of course, but I believe that is what you said.

I don't see the point of your question. Is it because you want to judge me or what? In my case, you would have to know me personally, know my "fruits," compare my behavior to Jesus and the apostles, and make a judgement. The issue raised by Fiach, et al, was how we define Christians in general. Now if you are asking me to list my good works on this forum so people can belittle them (as they will certainly do), forget it. You know that, right?

Tell you what. I can give you a specific objective definition of a Christian which I believe 75% or more of Christians here would agree with, and then you can make a judgement about me if you like. Would that help?

From the poster-boy for II toleration standards. You are obviously just trying to get put on my ignore list, so you can whine about my unwillingness to argue. (After claiming you were going to leave me alone).

I'm rellay PO'd right now, so I will decide later whether to put you on the list. A Christian is not supposed to defend himself/herself against slander anyway, strictly speaking.

You want to talk about slander? How about you trying to belittle me by saying I`ve misquoted you "as always"? You`ve accused me of this on more than one occasion and since I`m not superstitious,I feel as though I should defend myself.

I`d be PO`d too if I were you after all that bogus chest pounding about a fallacious list only to have to admit it was all bunk.

Btw,
I`ve already gone through 340 of my posts and still haven`t found anything even close. I`m enjoying this little jaunt down memory lane. Good times.

I have decided that if 7 people other than the Gang of Four want to see the nonexistent list, and give a reason, I will post it after I find a couple more items. Take a poll if you want. I don't care because I've lost hope in resolving it, or us ever having any basic respect for each other.

I don't think you work at a full time job Fenton, or have a family to take care of, and if you have time to read through 300 posts, that's pretty good evidence you have more free time than I do. In any case I would be wasting what free time I have going on with this pointless and hypocritical Inquisition.

Ah no, in fact I was pointing out that you cannot link the two as you fallaciously and illogically tried link false religion and true.

False religion is a redundancy.

And anyone waving a flag is a patriot. It is illogical to doubt it. Not sure who the true skeptic is here. And of course you would doubt everything a Christian asserts except that they are a Christian because they say so. Wonderfully convenient thinking skills you have there.

Wrong, I am a physician and I won lasting friendships with Christian missionaries during our shared work in Ruanda, Uganda, and Congo. They were ordained chaps who unlike you had care and compassion. We were cought in a bloody war that killed 200 people, an ethnic war. My group tried to save as many as possible. The missionaries in theory wanted to save souls, but they helped people under horrid conditions and weren't too snooty to roll up sleeves and assist at wound sutures, assisting at spinal taps, etc. After 16 hour work days we would debate cosmic issues without malice. I accepted them as Chrsitians and they accepted me as an Atheist. We told religious jokes, while ducking stray bullets from AK-47s. It was like the missionaries actually read Jesus' words from the Sermon on the Mount. Did you every hear of that? Read it.

400 years later. But Marx of course never said anything we could link to the murder of 20,000,000 people 60 years later. I don't but it is a great marvel you don't.

Marx never intended for Lenin, Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot to exist. He was humanitarian. But again Atheism wasn't the core of communism. It was a political application of socio-economic reform badly distorted and perverted. Perhaps in the same way as Stalin perverted Marx, the Christian Church perverted Jesus. We are talking about the ideologically motivated killing of 40 million or more people. It was evil whether it was Christian or Marxist ideology as an excuse. A decent human being would condemn both as I do. BTW, like it or not, I have a surprising number of ordained Christians as good friends from our African "Doctors without Borders" and Missionaries in alliance, to Royal Army Chaplains, and my village pastor. It is the ones with your attitude that give the others a bad name, but I don't lump you all together. There are Atheist and Christian gobshites, and Atheist and Christian amoral despots who murder for power.

It was the only evidence I could think of to support your gratuitous assertions, other than his sarcasm. He did say it would be better to hang a millstone around you neck and cast yourself into the sea than to make "one of mine" stumble. I guess it was enough a medieval Pope to take God's judgement into his own hands. Of course without any accountability or moral conviction, he would act just like Stalin given the power.[/B

The true Atheist knows that his misdeeds are premanently on record in his brain. He cannot get them forgiven. He must live with them until he dies. The Chrsitian fundy and Catholic can get sins wiped off the slate. Subconsciously this makes sinning easier because they know they can confess and get saved again. Or some saved cults think that sins no longer count, a license to sin. This is the real reason for the lower crime rate among atheists and in countries with atheist majorities or large pluralitied compared dramatically with the high crime in hyperreligious USA and South Africa. Fundies are not the largest group in prison just because Atheists are richer and too smart to get caught.

Oh, and by the way many skeptics agree with me about unfettered power corrupting ANYBODY. You are dodging the issue there altogether in order to hang onto the hope that all problems will go away when "religion" does. But as Fenton said, he could never admit we are all much alike, and you can't either.

If I said that about when religion dies, I recant that. My point is that humans will always have wankers with no morals. Crime will not go away, wars will not end. But wars are composites. They are started by greedy nominal religious and hyperreligious gomerals. But greed, booty, land, power are major factors. My point is that religion and religious bigotry add to the intensity of hate for the enemy, add to atrocities of infidels. Without religion problems will be there but loss of religion will take off the hardest edge, hatred, and result in fewer deaths.

And that isn't a plank in my eye.

Eh? You lost me on that American metaphor.

It's a 2 x 4.

You are off in the magic universe again. I don't know what you are talking about. It sounds like bollocks or Monty Python Humour.

:banghead: Rad
This is a mass grave with 250 Highlanders approximately, members of my Highland clan who died in an English massacre with major religious motivations, after being captured at the Battle of Culloden, 1776. The number who died in the Scottish Conenter wars was incredible a century earlier.

I don't know, if Jesus is allegedly imputing Radorth with righteousness, he's really doing a piss-poor job.
