Default If this is the New Year?

I thought the New Year is usually the begining of Winter? Since the New Year started, it has been like Spring weather here in Sacramento, California. I do not like getting into Spring Weather. I want to see Winter Weather. It seems that for those that think there is a "God" or "Deity", that it seems rather ruthless, mean and hasn't the foggest idea of what I need in my life. I am really an Atheist though. The thing is that it isn't easy with all my responsabilities to be prudent about moving. Go find a place that will have a sustaining Job for me and a way to move to a new place to live securely, is really tough preception for me. I would go for the help, because I don't see how I can do this by myself? Then I would take my responsabilities. This is just crazy! It has been 85% Sunny January 1st, 25% Sunny yesterday and now I am very upset today, because it is 100% Sunny... 2 and a half weeks of the first rain after the summer is nothing then scratching the surface for me.

Um, I have no idea what you're talking about, sure you're not suffering from heat stroke?

Funny, that sort of thing is exactly why I love living in California.

Gotta admit though, Sacramento in summer is a bit warm for my taste.

On December Tuesday 31, it was also 90% Sunny out of the Day. Of course I had expected the Temperature in the afternoon to be in the 50's, because it was a very cold morning like in the upper 39 degrees. So I ran out with my Jacket on to do my afternoon errands. When I got to the plaza area with the Grocery Store and other Shops. I found it to be like in the upper 60's, like 69? with the Sun's rays making it 80 degrees inside my vehicle. I saw a couple girls not wearing any kind of coats or jackets. Bearing their bear arms, and wow! They looked sexy! I thought? Is it really that warm? Come to think of it, because I was wearing my Jacket, I thought it was warm, (Because of the Jacket I was wearing.), but it was really getting warm in my vehicle. And then I realized it was getting warmer every second as well. I had to turn on the Air Conditioning, for my next trip to another place. Anyway, I do not like so much Sunny kind of Sky weather. Sacramento had gotten about 330 days of it in 2002. And I am tired of it! I want to see a good share of 200 days of Shaded Days out of the year. That only means that I only got to see what I like weather wise for 2002, is like only 60 days. Just two months of the weather I like and helpful for me. Talk about what's fair? :banghead:

It is still at it! 10 degrees above normal mornings, if it isn't raining. If it isn't rain on previous Januarys, we see frost in the mornings. Somewhere from 29 - 33 degrees. The latest mornings have been 45 degrees. That's about 10 degrees above previous Januarys. Yesterday was 99% Sunny and Today more likely 100%. Not even as much Cirrus stuff in the sky today either. The afternooon temperatures are around 65. They should be at 55. Again 10 degrees above the Normal. :banghead:

Hi Michael
we really need to do something about relocating you to a colder climate. We live in California, its warm. I would prefer it to be colder right now as well but the warm weather seems to depress you so have you given any more thought to moving?

Antartica would be nice for you

Sometimes I have thought about wanting to be one of those Scientist, and be exploring Antartica. (Then Yeah! I would have it made... ) Yet, I do not really want to be freezing myself at some place. Antartica, I'm not sure gets much cloud cover? Every time I see a picture from there, the sky is too clear and sunny. I like the idea of how cold weather makes things look so much better. To see snow or frost is pretty, but and as yet... I would like to see the sky covered in clouds shading the sun. This sight is what I feel better about and like better. It is the warming from the cold that I like better also. Not that I like to be cold. Then when I need to exert myself, I'm not getting over heated like I would even at 70 degrees. I had done some things exerting myself, till I had to run the air conditioning to get the temperature down to 60 degees. After I relaxed with it being 60 degrees and my body start cooling down, did I have a hard time believing that I was feeling so comfortable at 60 degrees at the time and then I had found myself feeling like freezing at 60 degrees later afterwords. So it is helpful for my exerting metobelizm, if I had to do these kind of things.

Well it's definately Winter on the East Coast. Every day it just seems to get greyer and greyer and it's pretty cold. There was a nice day on New Years Eve and I actually got to spend all of 20 minutes out in it (which was because I was lucky enough to get out of work 2 hours early), that's the closest nice day that I can think of. I hate Winter, especially this year. I get up just as the sun is rising and I get to work while the sun is rather low in the sky, I'm stuck inside all day, and I leave after the sun has set. And that's assuming it's not raining/sonowing/overcast. One would think the weekend would bring some relief. But Noooooo! Every god damn weekend it's been either really overcast or raining/snowing. It's been a couple weeks since I've gotten a decent amount of sunlight. Look out Seasonal Effective Disorder, here I come! I need to myself one of those lights that simulates sunlight.

Now if I am to... (...Like the idea of believing...) ... believe in a "God", I would think (I) should be where (you are...). And (You) should be where (I am...?) ... (...Or else this "God" is cynical?) So it is either "God" is cynical or there is really " No "God"..." (IMO).

Any way you want to switch places? (If it would be practical?)
I am hoping to move to a place that will be cool year round though. And where I would like it year round.

This morning there is "Fog" But how long will it last? Still 10 degrees above normal. Should be 32 degrees, but it is 42 degrees at Sunrise, this morning. And if this "Fog", burns off later in the Day, I'm going to be very Upset... Yes Sir Reeyy!!!

It did what I didn't want it to do. After 9:00 it started Breaking Up and became Advection. By 10:00 the Advection made the sky look like 40% Cumulus humilis Clouds. By 11:00 10% and By 12:00 2% around the horizon. Totally Clear and Sunny in the Afternoon Hours...

This morning is looking Idenical as yesterday. A Pleasent Foggy Morning. I dread to see it clear up in the Afternoon.

I was trying to look at a Satelite image, to see if Oregon and Washington had any Cloud Cover. I was surprised that they didn't either. The Jet Stream was moving over QUEEN CHARLOTTE ISLANDS and PRINCE RUPERT, CANADA. Not far from Ketchikan, Alaska. I visited Ketchikan, Alaska in August of 2001. So it makes me wonder where I could really move to? To be happy.
