Thanks and glad that you really see my point. It is admittedly severe, but the fact remains that christianity holds a horrific threat behind the mask of love it supposedly promulgates. Like you,I actually would enjoy a christian telling me that my atheist friend is in hell. I admire honesty and consider the love that christians talk about to be a sham. There is no love or compassion in an idelogy that purports any type of punishment for non-belief. It deserves to be utterly repudiated. GREGG, I dare say that your nice-guy christians, whom you work for, just don't like the punishment aspect of christianity. Good for them and you. You are not within the mainstream of the religion and would defintely be heretics in another age. |
