Is generalizing always bad? hahaha

Livius drivius

I was referring to her telling me that she loved me only two days after we met each other. I don't believe it is possible for someone to love someone after only two days of knowing one another so I figured she meant something else by it, or had a reason for telling me those things.

Thumbs down

*yawn*

Maybe you should get a life or something, rather than generalizing about all women and putting them all down at once.

Are you trying to equate your laughably disprovable notions of female deceptiveness with a scientific study? Let's hear about your methodology. What's the control group? Did you find the lying bitch gene? How do men manage to avoid inheriting it on their X chromosome?

So, do I get to generalize based on the few drunk Irish or lazy blacks I've known, just like you get to generalize from your experience with a single "bitch"?

Generalizing isn't bad per se; generalizing based on a tiny, unrepresentative sample of the population is. If I took the one drunk Irish person I ever knew and generalized that hey, all Irish must be like that, that would be wrong -- both scientifically and ethically. Just like the way you're taking one "bitch" that gave you a hard time and generalizing that all women play mind games.

Furthermore: Me & Me, you are obviously very bitter when it comes to women, and I can't help but suspect that affects the type of women you attract. It's like a self-selecting opinion poll; it's unscientific by its very nature, because it attracts an unrepresentative sample of the population.

Deja fucking vu

Me and Me my thoroughly plausible hypothesis is that you are fucked up when it comes to women and all your friends and all the women you know are also fucked up. Every story you tell about people is a study in pathological stupidity...maybe you should move or something.

Maybe if you stopped tripping her she'd stop falling for you.

Seriously, you are one messed up person--I read your other thread on this same subject that was put up here. I've known messed up people before. I've seen far, far, far worse than you. That does not mean you are not messed up.

Women are not like that for the most part. They do not act in a rational manner all that often (I know the women of this place will jump all over me for this, but that's what I've seen from, well, every woman/girl I have known, and I know a number of them). But, on the other hand, they are not psycho bitches, as you portray them to be.

Grow up.

I never said that "all" women are a certain way.

I stated an experience I had and was curious why a woman would do that.

Monkeybot, I don't believe you have known a lazy black person or an Irish drunk. Tell me in detail about how you met these people.

I am a tell the truth no matter what kind of person alot of people don't like that, I find that the more I lie to a woman the more she likes me, and the more I tell my true feelings the women don't like me. The women I know, and are friends with some are women that stay with men that abuse them all the time, and they don't seem to care. I was talking to this one bitch that said she used to be abused by her former husband and we were talking one night and she told me that she didn't mind me slapping her around, that freaked me out so I never talked to her again.

Bill Mahr said and I find this to be true also, that women already have a man in their mind, an image of what kind of man they want, and they look for men that fit some or most of these standards to the man in their head, that is why my friends that treat their women bad get alot of women because they are good at playing that game of being nice and mean to their bitches, I think that their women stay with them because they at times fit that image of a man in their heads at times, so women rationalize themselves being abused that way.
